We collect: your name, email address, business name, phone number, and the sales/inventory data you enter into SupplyLink. We do not collect any data beyond what you explicitly provide.
Your data is stored encrypted on Neon PostgreSQL (hosted in AWS). Backups are stored encrypted on Amazon S3. We never store payment card numbers — payment processing is handled by JazzCash and EasyPaisa directly.
We do not sell your data. We share anonymized transaction data with JazzCash and EasyPaisa only for payment verification. We use Sentry for error tracking — only technical error data is shared (no personal info or business data).
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days.
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. For any privacy questions, email: supplylink.pk@gmail.com
We use a single session cookie for login (NextAuth.js). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
